Some Words About Me

I have several years of experience working in the community supporting individuals struggling with mental health issues, in need of crisis intervention, and those impacted by trauma. I have worked with individuals struggling to cope with difficulties following loss, childhood abuse, intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. 


I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brock University, and with a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.  I am a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. 

Toronto Healing Arts Centre

Psychotherapy sessions are held at the Toronto Healing Arts Centre, located at 717 Bloor Street West. We provide a safe, comfortable space. 

The Centre is across from the Christie St subway station. Paid parking is available on Bloor and Christie, as well as in nearby Green P parking lots.
